Hosted by the Madison College ASID Student Chapter along with ASID Wisconsin, “Put the ‘i’ in Design” is a Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and social event for professionals, students and friends. The event features a 2 hour (.2 credit) IDCEC-approved CEU program entitled “iPad for Design Pros” presented by designer and coach, Deb Barrett. The seminar will walk designers through apps and utilities to realize endless possibilities for business, marketing and managing your design process. Bring your mobile devices and tablets for a hands-on learning opportunity. The session is geared to iPads/iPhones but many of the platforms are also available on Android systems.
Everyone registered for the CEU event will be entered into a drawing for a free iPad mini!
Throughout the evening, ASID Madison College will host a silent auction featuring Pinterest-inspired student creations as well as local business donations. The funds raised will offset the costs of guest speakers, field trips and other educational endeavors for the ASID Madison College student chapter.
